Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is partnering with a Strategic Consultancy Provider to recruit a Business Development Manager for a remote role.

You will drive new business in tech sales, manage the full 360° sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and target US, EU, and UK markets with a focus on connecting with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of US IT sales experience.
• Experience selling to US, EU or UK markets.
• Strong English written and spoken skills.
• Proven track record with corporate decision-makers.
• Remote work setup with target-driven focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business via proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end 360° sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and engage directors and above as decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using a CRM.
• Deliver compelling pitches and product demos.
• Use LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and qualify leads.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep records of sales activities and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
