Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience minimum selling in the US IT sector.
• Successful tech sales experience focusing on new business.
• Experience selling into US / EU or UK markets.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience pitching to corporate decision-makers (Director level+).
• 400+ LinkedIn connections and a strong professional network.
• Remote work setup with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with full 360° sales processes and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Manage the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and engage corporate decision-makers (Director level+).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (Pipedrive).
• Conduct compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and qualify leads.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
