Lennor Metier Consulting in the Philippines is partnering with a Business Consultancy Provider to recruit a remote Sales Manager. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, targeting international markets including the US, UK and EU, and building senior-level relationships.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in tech sales, strong communication, and a proven ability to hit aggressive targets while leveraging Pipedrive and LinkedIn Navigator.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in US IT sector sales.
• Proven tech sales experience focusing on new business.
• Experience selling to US, EU or UK markets.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience pitching to C-level/Director-level buyers.
• 400+ LinkedIn connections.
• Remote work setup in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience with short sales cycles and full 360° sales processes.
• Experience building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Experience with Pipedrive CRM.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach and lead generation.
• Manage the full 360° sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and engage corporate decision-makers (Director level+).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and qualify leads.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
