This position focuses on expanding enterprise software sales into international markets, including the US, UK and EU, and requires a results-driven approach.

As the Sales Manager, you will own the full 360° sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while engaging senior decision-makers and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years selling in the US IT sector.
• Proven tech sales experience focusing on new business.
• Experience selling to US/EU/UK markets.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Experience engaging corporate decision-makers (Director level+).
• Strong LinkedIn networking and social selling.
• Proven ability to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipedrive).
• Stable career history with targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach.
• Manage full 360° sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Identify and engage corporate decision-makers (Director level+).
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct compelling pitches and product demos.
• Leverage LinkedIn and Navigator to source and qualify leads.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain records of activities and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
