Lennor Metier Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong tech sales background. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and engage senior decision-makers across international markets to close deals.

The role requires proven experience in US/I.T. sector sales, excellent English communication, and a robust network on LinkedIn. This remote position offers night shifts and global exposure.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of experience minimum selling in the US I.T Sector
• Successful tech sales experience focusing on new business
• Must have sales experience selling into US / EU or UK
• Excellent communication skills (English) both verbal and written
• Experience in pitching to corporate decision-makers (B2B, Director level+)
• Remote work setup with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Experience with short sales cycles and full 360° sales processes
• Experience creating and maintaining a viable pipeline by means of lead generation

Aufgaben

• Drive new business acquisition through proactive outreach and lead generation
• Manage the full 360° sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
• Identify and engage corporate decision-makers (Director level and above)
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (Pipedrive)
• Conduct compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations
• Leverage LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source and qualify leads
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
