Job summary

MultiplyMii is hiring a Signage Project Coordinator to manage multiple signage projects from planning through execution. Coordinate vendor quotes, permits, and client communications while working with an experienced PM team.

The role requires strong organizational skills, ability to read basic architectural drawings, and proficiency with MS Office and online project management tools. This is a fully remote position supporting clients in the United States from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with online project management portals and MS Office suite.
• Ability to read basic architectural drawings and understand sign installations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience coordinating vendor quotes and preparing proposals.
• Familiarity with permitting, inspections, and code due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple signage projects across client accounts, ensuring timelines and requirements.
• Support 2-10 client accounts; handle up to 100 projects across the team.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and proposals; research permitting requirements.
• Maintain project documentation in Google Docs/Dropbox and PM portal.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and Teams for updates and clarifications.
• Assist with permitting, inspections, and code interpretation across jurisdictions.
• Read architectural drawings to determine signage locations and mounting.
• Support PMs and coordinators through task delegation and issue resolution.
