Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service & Dispatcher for a 100% remote role based in the Philippines. You will verify, document, and close out vendor-confirmed jobs daily, handling outbound calls and email confirmations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

In this fast-paced operations role, you will collaborate with vendors and customers, upload photos, and maintain data in our systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills in a professional, neutral tone.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in daily tasks.
• Ability to multitask and manage high call and email volumes efficiently.
• Experience in customer service, vendor coordination, or administrative support.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
• Reliable internet and a computer with a noise-canceling headset.
• Ability to handle escalations or resolve issues independently.
• Experience communicating with customers and vendors.
• Experience negotiating rates with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound confirmation calls and follow-up emails with vendors to verify job completions daily.
• Obtain and upload before-and-after photos for junk removal jobs via Odoo (email ticketing system).
• Update job details, completion statuses, and supporting documentation in Docket and internal systems.
• Monitor and manage tickets tagged as “confirmation required,” ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and customers to gather missing information or clarify job details.
• Support miscellaneous vendor tasks such as onboarding vendors to new systems and collecting rate sheets.
• Escalate issues or incomplete confirmations to the Operations Director or internal contacts.
• Identify, qualify and negotiate with vendors for Junk Removal and Dumpster Rental jobs.
