Job summary

MultiplyMii is seeking a Product Sourcing & Development Specialist to drive New Product Development and Product Commercialization for a growing consumer goods brand. You will translate ideas into technical specs, vet suppliers across Asia, and track milestones from PO to launch in a fully remote capacity.

Working with leadership and Asia-based partners, you will manage sourcing, costing, compliance, artwork, and packaging, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence across multiple product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or new product development within an e-commerce or consumer goods brand.
• Direct experience working with China- and Asia-based manufacturers and sourcing agents.
• Technical proficiency in reading and evaluating multi-component product specifications and landed-cost structures.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a proven track record of managing multi-variable deadlines (samples, artwork, POs, compliance).

Responsibilities

• Translate new product concepts into detailed technical specs and target use cases for sourcing and development.
• Conduct marketplace research, ROI evaluations, and validate product viability.
• Identify and vet manufacturing partners and sourcing agents across China and Asia; present 3–5 option shortlists.
• Calculate landed cost estimates and ensure product certifications are secured before PO issuance.
• Coordinate sample requests, packaging artwork, and track milestones from PO creation to launch.
• Maintain proactive communication with Asia-based suppliers and agents.
