MTC Ads and General Merchandise is hiring a Project Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and timely delivery of printing and signage projects. You will liaise between clients, sales, production, and suppliers, ensuring clear requirements, schedules, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking progress to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, project management, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year experience in project coordination or operations support preferred.
• Experience implementing processes and coordinating multiple tasks is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and timely execution of printing, signage, and branding projects.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients, sales, production, and suppliers.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules and work plans to meet deadlines.
• Ensure project requirements are communicated and aligned across departments.
• Monitor day-to-day progress and address potential delays proactively.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and records.
• Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on progress.
• Assist in risk identification and corrective actions for projects.
• Support site visits and field coordination as needed.
