Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking a Signage Project Coordinator to manage multiple signage projects remotely from the Philippines, coordinating planning, permitting, and execution with a PM team.

You will handle vendor quotes, research permitting requirements, review drawings, and support technical project documentation while communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple projects, accounts, and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online project management portals.
• Ability to read and understand basic architectural drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple signage projects across client accounts, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
• Support 2–10 client accounts within a PM team, potentially up to 100 projects.
• Coordinate vendor quotes and proposals; gather and compare pricing.
• Research permitting requirements and support permitting/inspections.
• Review project documentation, including drawings and technical specs, for accuracy.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and Teams to provide updates and clarify requirements.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation in Google Docs/Dropbox.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, municipalities, and designers to keep projects moving forward.
