Job summary

VPM Solutions is seeking a creative Graphic Designer / Project Manager in the Philippines to guide projects from customer briefs to final production-ready artwork. You will collaborate with customers, sales, and production to ensure accuracy and professionalism in signage and wide-format graphics.

The role requires strong Illustrator skills, detail orientation, and effective communication. You will manage proofs, revisions, and handoffs through a structured production process, ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Experience creating customer proofs and production-ready artwork.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy in layouts, colors, and typography.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions within established timelines.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Review customer files, measurements, specifications, and project instructions to create accurate and professional proofs.
• Make revisions based on customer and internal feedback and prepare final artwork once the proof is approved.
• Carefully review spelling, dimensions, colors, materials, quantities, and other project details. Identify problems or missing information before moving forward.
• Keep project files organized according to company procedures and communicate clearly with sales, project management, and production teams.
• Complete a final quality check to make sure artwork is accurate and production-ready before it is released.
