Job summary

Expedock in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify and nurture new business opportunities. You will initiate calls, craft emails, and build a robust pipeline using our outreach tools, contributing to regional growth.

You will qualify prospects, collaborate with the sales and account teams to arrange demos, and relentlessly follow up to move leads through the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Based in the Philippines and able to work remotely as part of the regional team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and build pipeline by identifying leads.
• Qualify prospects and educate on how Expedock solutions add value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account teams to set up meetings and product demos.
• Persistently follow up with leads to nurture interest.
• Maintain CRM records and report pipeline metrics.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
