MicroSourcing is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound outreach and support lead generation from a remote work setup in the Philippines. The role involves creating presentations, nurturing prospects, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, 2–3 in sales support or related roles, and a degree in Business Administration. Strong communication and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of overall work experience, with 2–3 years in sales support or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, email tools, and basic marketing platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
• Support lead generation and lead nurturing initiatives aligned with sales priorities.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to support the sales process.
• Create and manage LinkedIn content.
• Conduct prospect research and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Assist with discovery call preparation, follow-up, and sales documentation.
• Support marketing campaigns that position the company's solutions and value proposition.
