Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SDR/lead generation or outbound sales experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume cold calling and keep persistence.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers via email, calls, and social media.
• Perform cold calls to introduce company products or services.
• Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
• Create and manage an outbound funnel to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads before passing to Account Executives.
• Maintain records of outreach and lead status in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
