Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outbound sales or lead generation (preferably in BPO or staffing).
• Comfortable making 100–150 calls per day and engaging with C-level/management prospects.
• Excellent English communication: clear, confident, persuasive.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to cold, email campaigns and warm prospects to generate interest and initiate conversations.
• Conduct email campaigns for prospecting leads.
• Qualify leads using the BANT framework and align with ICP.
• Book qualified discovery calls and follow the appointment-setting process.
• Use and improve calling scripts, objection-handling techniques, and outreach messaging for outsourcing industry.
