You will generate and nurture leads, conduct product demonstrations, and pass qualified opportunities to the team while maintaining accurate CRM records. This role supports a work-at-home setup with a morning shift from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential customers through referrals, online research, social media, and events.
• Use outbound strategies, such as cold calling and email campaigns, to generate leads.
• Run outbound campaigns to engage prospects, creating awareness of solutions.
• Engage with leads to understand needs, pain points, and goals.
• Qualify leads and pass on opportunities to the sales team.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
• Provide insights into market trends and customer feedback to enhance strategy.
• Effectively communicate client's value proposition to potential customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Maintain accurate lead interactions in the CRM and provide regular reports.
