Job summary

Verified First is seeking a business-minded Sales Development Representative to initiate meetings for our Account Executives. You will educate prospective clients on our company, culture, and products to grow business and schedule meetings for our Account Executive Team.

The role involves high-volume outreach, CRM Salesforce management, and collaboration with sales/marketing to drive a strategic sales approach in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications knowledge.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Call center experience with cold calling and closing sales preferred.
• SDR experience with HR software solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 50 outbound calls per day to set appointments for Account Executives.
• Conduct ~50 outreach touchpoints via social media and email daily.
• Set ~25 appointments per month for Account Executives.
• Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to build rapport.
• Research prospects and pre-call planning; manage CRM Salesforce.
• Educate prospects and hand off to Account Executives; drive webinar attendance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on a strategic approach.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
