Job summary

Verified First is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative in the Philippines to initiate meetings for the Account Executive team in a remote contractor role. You will educate prospects about the company, culture, and products while building a robust pipeline and setting qualified appointments.

You will perform outbound calls, social touches, and email outreach to nurture leads, perform pre-call research, and maintain Salesforce CRM data for accurate forecasting and hand-offs to Account

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office Applications.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience working in a call center environment focused on cold calling and closing sales preferred.
• Experience as a Sales Development Representative for other companies that deliver human resource software solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make approximately 50 outbound calls per day to set appointments for our Account Executives for pre-employment services.
• Conduct approximately 50 communication outreach touchpoints via social media and email per day to build rapport for future sales.
• Set 25 appointments per month for the Account Executives.
• Initiate communication through outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to build rapport for future sales.
• Research prospective clients and pre-call planning.
• Manage pipeline through CRM Salesforce.
• Responsible for educating and developing prospects, leading to hand-off to the Account Executive team.
• Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach.
• Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM application.
• Perform other duties as assigned
