Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a remote role with a Philippines-based team. You will conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with Account Executives.

The position requires strong English communication, a neutral accent, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a fully remote, salary PHP 65,000 package with US-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an SDR, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Experience with Dialpad or power dialing systems.
• Experience with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Neutral English accent (voice sample required).
• Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using dialing systems.
• Leave voicemails and follow up with prospective clients.
• Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through follow-up.
• Escalate opportunities to Account Executives or senior teammates.
• Maintain records of activities and lead status in Salesforce.
• Use omnichannel tools to manage prospect engagement.
