JOBSTODAY.WORLD is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a 100% remote role based in Manila, Philippines. You will build target lists, run outbound sequences, and qualify inbound leads to set discovery meetings for the business development lead.

You won’t close deals. You’ll identify the right accounts, craft personalized outreach, and maintain accurate CRM records. You should have 1+ years in outbound SDR or similar, excellent written English, and comfort with European hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in outbound SDR, lead generation, or B2B appointment setting.
• Excellent written English for cold outreach.
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar) and outreach tooling.
• Able to work European hours.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain target account lists (staffing agencies, RPOs, BPOs, mid-market employers) across Europe, the UK, and Southeast Asia.
• Research each account before outreach: who they hire, volume, and job boards they use.
• Run multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone where appropriate).
• Qualify inbound leads from the website and route them to the right team.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the business development lead.
• Keep the CRM accurate with every touch and status updated.
• Provide feedback on objections, messaging, and responsive segments.
