Job summary

Workforce360 is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Vancouver-focused team remotely in the Philippines. This full-time role centers on prospecting, outbound outreach, and setting qualified appointments for North American clients, aligned with Vancouver business hours.

You will build targeted lists, research prospects, and maintain accurate CRM records while working independently from a home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outbound sales or B2B lead generation.
• Experience making unsolicited outbound calls.
• Experience researching and building prospect lists.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities
