Job summary

Outstaffer is hiring a Sales Development Representative to handle hybrid inbound/outbound sales from the Philippines-based remote setup. You will engage leads generated by our marketing engine, qualify them quickly, and convert them into booked meetings or direct sales where appropriate.

The role emphasizes speed to lead, consultative selling, and strong CRM discipline, with support for remote work and a global GTM strategy. You’ll work in a fast-moving team and contribute to pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' proven experience as an SDR/BDR in B2B or SaaS.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Speed-to-lead mindset: respond to new leads immediately.
• Confident, consultative selling style with quick qualification.
• Comfortable working autonomously with light supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within defined timeframes (call, email, WhatsApp/chat).
• Qualify inbound leads and book meetings or close straightforward deals.
• Run outbound prospecting to generate additional pipeline.
• Keep the CRM immaculate with real-time logging of activity.
• Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and messaging.
• Hit agreed weekly activity and conversion targets.
• Represent Outstaffer’s brand credibly on first calls.
