Emapta invites a Sales Development Representative to join our team, working from home in the Philippines to engage US-based business owners, qualify prospects, and set qualified appointments for advertising consultants. You will build territory lists and maintain CRM records as you drive outbound outreach.

The role requires 3–5 years of outbound sales experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outbound sales experience in advertising, media, or B2B services.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume cold calling and objections.
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Make 100 outbound calls per day to local business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain territory prospect lists by category and ZIP code.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, geography, and campaign timing.
• Set and confirm qualified appointments for US-based Advertising Consultants and provide handoff notes.
• Re-engage lapsed advertisers and follow up on inbound leads.
• Maintain CRM records and report weekly on activity and pipeline performance.
