Job summary

ClearDesk in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Development Representative (In-Person) to be the first voice to Home Care agency owners, handling high-volume outbound calls, qualifying needs, and booking discovery with our Account Executives.

You should have 1+ years in outbound sales, be coachable, resilient, and metrics-driven. You’ll work in a CRM, maintain clean records, and push for high show rates. We offer a base salary plus commission, health benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or phone-heavy sales.
• Experience with high-volume dialing.
• Comfortable talking to business owners.
• Resilience to rejection.
• Disciplined with disposition processes.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls daily through our dialer.
• Engage agency owners and operators, qualify pain, and book discovery calls.
• Disposition every call accurately—our cadence system runs off dispositions.
• Set callback dates and maintain cadence to resurface leads.
• Confirm booked meetings and protect show rates.
• Work inside our CRM daily and keep records clean.
