Asiacruit in the Philippines seeks a proactive Sales Development Representative to fuel client acquisition through consistent outbound outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies, engaging decision-makers across global markets.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outbound sales or lead generation, comfortable making 100–150 calls daily, and excels at building rapport

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in outbound sales or lead generation.
• Able to handle 100–150 calls per day and engage with C-level prospects.
• Strong English communication, clear and persuasive.
• Experience with appointment setting and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Tech-savvy, organized, adaptable to tools.
• Self-motivated with weekly/monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to cold and warm prospects to spark interest.
• Run email campaigns for prospecting.
• Qualify leads using BANT and align them with ICP.
• Book qualified discovery calls and manage appointment-setting.
• Refine scripts and messaging for outsourcing clients.
• Maintain records in HubSpot CRM.
• Leverage Apollo, Sales Navigator, and email/SMS follow-ups to boost contact.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on targeting and sequences.
• Provide weekly outreach performance reports.
