Job summary

Altametrics is seeking a remote Inside Sales professional to generate and qualify leads for a U.S.-based restaurant client. You will perform outbound and inbound outreach, conduct discovery calls, and book qualified appointments for the sales team.

The role offers 8 USD base pay per hour with commission on qualified meetings and a $20 bonus per closed deal from a qualified lead, working 40 hours per week on Pacific Standard Time night shifts. A reliable remote setup is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales.
• Ability to generate qualified leads that move to the next stage.
• Comfortable with 500 outreach per day.
• Clear and professional English communication.
• Good follow-up and lead management skills.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote setup.

Responsibilities
