Job summary

Lago Staffing and Recruiting is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote role with availability for US Mountain Time hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT). Salary is negotiable based on experience.

The SDR will generate, qualify, and engage leads to support the sales team and drive growth. Responsibilities include lead generation across channels, CRM management, collaboration with marketing, and meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience as an SDR or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to conduct prospecting activities, including cold outreach and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: identify and reach out to potential customers via email, social channels, and cold calls.
• Prospect Qualification: assess needs and fit for Cutterpillar's products and services.
• CRM Management: log interactions and maintain records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Develop product knowledge to communicate value propositions to prospects.
• Follow-Up: persistently nurture leads through the funnel.
• Track metrics and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
