ASM Vitrual is seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the early sales funnel for our multifamily real estate tech solutions. This full-time remote role aligns with EST hours and offers an starting rate of $6/hour, rising to $7/hour after six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Own the full top-of-funnel lead qualification process, handing them off to Sales Executives.
• Outbound Prospecting: Execute targeted outbound campaigns using AI-synchronized lead lists to reach portfolio managers and owners of Class A and B multifamily properties.
• ABM Execution: Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program by identifying key personas within high-value accounts and delivering tailored messaging.
• Pipeline Revival: Proactively engage outbound leads via phone, scheduling appointments directly with account owners.
• Data Stewardship: Maintain high standards of data hygiene in Salesforce, ensuring all lead tagging and activity tracking are accurate for marketing attribution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality.
