Job summary

Altametrics is seeking an inside sales professional to generate and qualify leads for our revenue team. This remote, permanent position requires reliable internet and a professional home setup; you’ll work Pacific Standard Time nights with a 40‑hour week and weekends off.

You will reach out to prospects, understand their needs, follow up on leads, and move qualified prospects to the next stage, coordinating with the Sales Leader.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in inside sales
• Ability to generate qualified leads that move to the next stage
• Comfortable with outbound outreach per day
• Clear and professional English communication
• Good follow-up and lead management skills
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
