VAP Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our expanding team focused on Web3, Blockchain, Gaming and AI events. You will generate qualified leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and set up high-value meetings for Sales Managers in a remote role aligned to the Dubai time zone.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in SDR/BD/lead gen within tech or SaaS, strong English communication, and proven CRM/outreach automation experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as SDR/BD/lead gen in tech, events or SaaS
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
• Proficient with CRM systems and outreach automation platforms

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify prospects via research, databases and social media.
• Maintain lead data in CRM with accuracy.
• Conduct cold calls, personalized emails and social selling to engage decision-makers.
• Communicate value of Web3 and AI-focused events to sponsors and clients.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Sales Managers.
• Ensure seamless handover of lead information to the Sales team.
• Refine outreach strategies with Sales Managers and report on KPIs.
