D2B is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for a fully remote role. You will support the sales team with lead generation, outreach and prospect qualification to drive business growth.

This position runs on UK hours and offers a pathway to long-term engagement with a growing Australian-backed business. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, discovery calls, lead qualification, objection handling, and achieving daily/weekly KPIs for calls and emails.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Familiar with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pipedrive, Freshsales, or SugarCRM.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and explain products or services.
• Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for sales executives.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain positive engagement.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for calls, emails, and appointments.
