Job summary

Overseas is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a fast-moving B2B sales platform. You will prospect into SMB and mid-market accounts, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team using AI-assisted research and outreach.

This is a high-activity, execution-driven role with defined metrics and a fully remote setup. Weekend shifts are required on a rotating basis, with compensation paid in USD and paid time off per policy.

Qualifications

• Prior SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience with a track record of booking meetings.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills; essential for phone and email-first role.
• Experience with CRM platforms for logging activity and managing pipeline.
• Willing to work 3 weekdays plus 2 weekend days; rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting and Cold Outreach: high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts.
• Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management: qualify inbound/outbound leads and track activity in CRM.
• AI-Enabled Outreach: use AI tools daily to research accounts and draft messaging.
• Meeting Booking and Handoff: book qualified meetings with full context and notes.
