Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales roles.
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and meeting generation.
• Comfortable making cold calls and leading conversations with prospects.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Proficient in CRM and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Research target accounts and decision-makers to identify opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and progress deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor KPI performance.
