Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales or call center experience.
• Proven lead generation and appointment setting skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach or similar CRMs.
• Graduation from college or senior high school.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and cold-calling to identify business clients.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects through follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team for seamless handoffs of opportunities.
