Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B sales or call center experience.
- Proven lead generation and appointment setting skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach or similar CRMs.
- Graduation from college or senior high school.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold-calling to identify business clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team for seamless handoffs of opportunities.
