Job summary

Specialist HQ is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound prospecting, lead research, data management, and appointment setting. The role is remote and ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who owns the prospecting process from initial research to meeting scheduling.

You will use tools like LeadIQ, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and Mailchimp, work in US business hours from the Philippines, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Sales Development or appointment setting.
• Experience with CRM tools LeadIQ, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Sales Navigator.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Include “SDR Pro” in your resume or cover letter.
• Comfortable speaking on video calls.
• Willing to work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH).
• Available full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
• Have reliable internet connection and video call setup.

Responsibilities

• Find and research target contacts using LeadIQ and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Verify contact information and maintain records in HubSpot.
• Send personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Manage occasional bulk email campaigns through Mailchimp.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups and multi-touch outreach campaigns.
• Schedule qualified sponsorship appointments for Alliance Directors.
• Track responses, meetings, bounces, and other outreach results.
• Make pre-event calls to increase event attendance.
