Job summary

Asiacruit is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support client acquisition through outbound outreach, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.

You will qualify leads using BANT, book qualified discovery calls, and maintain accurate records in HubSpot. The role favors candidates comfortable in a remote sales environment and with strong English

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or lead generation experience, preferably in BPO or staffing.
• Excellent English communication—clear, confident, persuasive.
• Comfortable making 100–150 calls per day and engaging with decision-makers.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and multi-channel outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to cold, email campaigns and warm prospects to generate interest and initiate conversations.
• Conduct email campaigns for prospecting leads and qualify them with BANT against ICP.
• Book qualified discovery calls and follow the appointment-setting process.
• Maintain accurate activity records in HubSpot and collaborate with Sales Manager on strategy.
