Job summary

Pavago is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline through multi-channel outbound outreach. You will research target accounts, build ICP-aligned lists, and execute email, calling, and LinkedIn sequences with a focus on HVAC prospects.

You will work closely with sales and marketing to drive qualified pipeline, book meetings for Account Executives, and continuously optimize campaigns in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience.
• Previous HVAC industry experience is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using outbound tools such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, Apollo, or HubSpot Sequences.
• Experience making cold calls and running outbound outreach campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts and build prospect lists.
