Job summary

Workforce 360 Inc. is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote role in the Philippines. You will prospect, qualify leads, and set appointments for Vancouver-based teams while following Vancouver business hours.

A strong drive for results and comfort with cold outreach are essential. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in outbound sales, solid English communication, and experience with CRMs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation experience.
• Proven experience making unsolicited outbound calls.
• Experience researching and building prospect lists.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities
