F5 Global Talent is hiring a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to support a U.S. landscaping and outdoor-services company. You’ll be the main point of contact between customers and field crews—answering calls and emails, scheduling jobs, and ensuring seamless communication from start to finish.

This is a full-time, remote role for candidates based in the Philippines, working U.S. business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, operations coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong, professional phone communication skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating field teams.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Confidence handling customer concerns and complaints.
• Good problem-solving and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with CRM, scheduling, or service-management software.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and job information.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Based in the Philippines.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Manage and document customer service requests.
• Translate customer needs into clear instructions for field crews.
• Coordinate crew schedules and service appointments.
• Confirm appointments and communicate delays or schedule changes.
• Follow up with customers after jobs are completed.
• Prepare accurate job and invoice information for the billing team.
• Maintain customer records, job statuses, and operational details in LMN.
• Coordinate between customers, field crews, and internal teams.
• Make sure every customer issue is followed through to resolution.
