Overseas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, book appointments, and provide essential administrative support for a pest control business operating across Massachusetts. You will also assist with field dispatch and billing while maintaining accurate records.

The role is 100% remote and requires availability during US Eastern Time business hours, with USD compensation and bi-monthly payroll. Prior pest control or home services experience is a strong plus.
