Overseas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, book appointments, and provide administrative support for a pest control service operating across Massachusetts. This fully remote role requires availability during US Eastern Time business hours and offers paid time off and holidays.

You will coordinate with field dispatching and assist with invoicing and billing, while maintaining accurate customer records and service notes. Prior pest control experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call handling, or administrative support.
• Clear, professional English communication, both spoken and written.
• Able to manage inbound calls and book appointments in a service-based business.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Willing to learn new software quickly.
• Familiarity with GorillaDsk or Go High Level is a plus but not required.
• Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote environment.
• Available to work during US Eastern Time business hours.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service and Appointment Booking: Answer inbound calls from homeowners, landlords, and property managers with professionalism.
• General Administrative Support: Data entry, record keeping, and basic administrative tasks across company systems.
• Field Team Dispatching Support: Coordinate scheduling and dispatching for field technicians; communicate job details clearly.
• Invoicing and Billing Tracking: Assist with invoicing and billing follow-up for completed service appointments.
