ClearDesk is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Scheduler for a permanent remote role. You will manage schedules for a U.S.-based client, handle cancellations and changes, and keep clients and staff informed.

The job blends scheduling with light admin tasks and requires strong CS experience and comfort with remote tools. You’ll work in a remote-first team, with opportunities to grow, training, and supportive feedback.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO roles
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, and a problem-solver
• Comfortable with software systems and remote communication
• Builds strong relationships and becomes a trusted partner for clients and team members
• Self-motivated but also a team player
• Willing to work in U.S. time zone schedule
• Can secure the required technical setup, including: HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, fast internet

Aufgaben

• Maintain up-to-date staff schedules or appointment calendars
• Respond quickly to cancellations, rescheduling requests, or conflicts
• Answer calls or emails from clients and team members using VoIP and chat tools
• Update records, logs, or internal tracking systems
• Work with the operations team to resolve issues and keep workflow smooth
• Generate reports for leadership or client review
• Assist with light administrative or support tasks
