Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join the sales support team. You will track sales activity, prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain CRM records while delivering excellent customer service, even in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, remote role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams from the quote stage through delivery, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales and/or sales support.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
• Process project registrations and quotation requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices.
• Communicate with dealers regarding order status, ETAs, and deliveries.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues.
