D2B in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Support specialist to manage quotes, revisions, orders, and customer inquiries. You will log interactions in CRM and support the sales team to ensure accurate processing and timely responses.

The role requires 3 years in Sales Support, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and ERP basics is expected. This is an early/regular shift role aligning with NZ and PH time zones.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Sales Support experience.
• Experience in preparing complex and high-volume quotations with multiple line items.
• Experience in Customer Service via phone and email.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and basic ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Quotes and revisions are prepared accurately and within SLA times.
• Urgent quotes and revisions completed within requested timeframes.
• All quotes and revisions completed within 24 hours of information receipt.
• All quotes and revisions are completed accurately and per request details.
• Orders and revisions are prepared accurately within SLA times.
• Urgent orders and revisions completed within requested timeframes.
• All orders and revisions completed within 48 hours of full information.
