Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty in Manila, Philippines is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist to support the sales process from quote to delivery. This full-time role requires organizing orders, CRM updates, and clear customer communication to ensure a smooth experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inside sales or sales support, experience with CRM systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of inside sales and/or sales support experience.
Experience with CRM systems and order processing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
Process registrations and quotation requests accurately and promptly.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices.
Communicate with dealers on status, ETAs and deliveries.
Monitor orders and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborate with team members and provide backup support.
Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
