Job Description

Overview: We're looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Care Team Member to join our dynamic sales support team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers by supporting the sales process from quote to delivery. This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same—you'll be tracking sales activity, preparing quotes, processing orders, and communicating with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday,9:00 PM-6:00 AM (Manila)

Work Set-up: Work From Home (must have at least 50MBPS internet speed)
