Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a Customer Care Team Member to support the sales process from quote to delivery. You will track sales activity, prepare quotes, process orders, and maintain CRM data.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in inside sales or sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office. Role is remote with a Mon-Fri schedule and night shift from Manila.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales or sales support.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Attention to detail with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team.
• Process project registrations and quotation requests.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Process purchase orders and generate sales orders and invoices.
• Communicate with dealers regarding order status, ETAs, and deliveries.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team members and provide backup support as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
