DiEn-Streamlined Offshoring Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Account Management and Business Development teams. You will process quotes and orders in Odoo, assist with customer inquiries, and help keep sales activities running smoothly.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or sales administration.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; fluency desirable.
• Professional phone manner when interacting with customers and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with pricing, quotes and orders.
• Able to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• CRM experience preferred; training provided.
• Good working knowledge of MS 365 apps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and follow up on quotes and sales orders in Odoo.
• Verify pricing, stock availability, product information, freight and customer details.
• Monitor outstanding quotes and orders; provide timely updates to Sales Reps.
• Document information in Odoo and other required systems.
• Assist Account Managers and BDEs with inquiries and sales administration.
• Provide order history and product availability to support conversations.
• Manage and prioritize email inboxes; allocate requests accordingly.
• Respond to calls via Microsoft Teams within service levels.
• Coordinate with Customer Success, Operations, Warehouse and others to resolve issues.
• Elevate urgent issues to appropriate Account Manager or department.
• Communicate delays and seek help when needed.
• Maintain regular communication via Teams and email; complete daily debrief.
