Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (basic functions).
• Email, phone and video communication skills.
• Handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience in administrative tasks and prioritizing deadlines.
• Identifying and recommending corrective action for moderately complex issues.
• Following scripts and processes per contractual agreements.
• Experience learning new technology and data.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls with vendors to confirm service availability.
• Maintain quote documentation with pricing and configurations.
• Prepare quotes for contract renewals.
• Ensure client information integrity in databases.
• Manage Excel with basic functions.
• Perform bookings (Purchase Order processing) and reconciliation.
• Grow skill in QA and identify areas for improvement.
• Focus on customer needs and communicate with Senior Sales Support staff/management.
• Handle medium to high-priority escalations and escalate complex items to management.
• Maintain Knowledge Base Tools, including a CRM.
• Identify operational risks for management review.
• Participate in KMIP in daily activities.
