Job summary

LogiScale Inc. in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Sales Support Representative to handle customer data, prepare quotes, support order entry, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, installers, and other stakeholders to keep projects moving smoothly.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in sales support or customer service, be proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and possess strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and multitasking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer information, including contacts, phone numbers, emails, and notes.
• Make outbound calls to enhance customer experience and strengthen client relationships.
• Answer inbound customer calls and provide timely assistance.
• Update customer notes and templates and generate quotes.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
• Assist with order entry and ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, administrative teams, contractors, installers, and other stakeholders.
• Help address installation or project-related concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with installers or property representatives on behalf of Sales/Operations when needed.
• Provide timely information and support to the Sales team.
• Work closely with Sales and Installation teams to support timely project completion.
• Help ensure the quality and accuracy of customer orders and project information.
